The pre tightened and floating seat two-way all metal hard seal butterfly valve is a patented product independently developed by our company, and its patent number is zl20130585831.0. Won the third prize of scientific and technological achievements of Henan Province in 2015.
The two-way all metal hard sealing butterfly valve with preloaded and floating seat has simple structure and reasonable design. The compression spring seal seat can float axially in a very small valve gap. When the sealing surface of the sealing seat is under positive pressure under the action of spring force, the greater the pressure between the outer circular sealing surface of the valve plate and the sealing surface of the welding layer on the valve body, the tighter the sealing effect is, and the better the sealing effect is. When subjected to reverse pressure, The sealing valve seat can float axially to compensate the gap between the valve rod and the bearing, so as not to separate the sealing pair and cause sealing leakage, and finally achieve the effect of two-way sealing. In addition, the structure is an all metal sealing structure, which is not only resistant to erosion, high temperature and high pressure, but also has a long service life. It is mainly used in high temperature and high pressure steam pipes and hot air pipes with two-way sealing requirements. It can be operated manually, electrically, pneumatically and electrohydraulically to adjust and close the valve. The design pressure is 0.6-2.5mpa, the design temperature is carbon steel ≤ 425 ℃, stainless steel ≤ 600 ℃, and the diameter is DN200 ~ 2000mm.
